COVID-19 SHIPPING POLICY


Our regular pick up time of FEDEX and USPS are affected by current COVID-19 (Corona Virus) situation.  We do not have a predictable daily pick up schedule at this time.

Please allow 24 hours delay on all ground, priority, express, and next-day shipping.

We will try to meet all dead lines, however, we cannot guarantee that we can meet all the deadlines.

Due to COVID-19, FedEx and USPS may be experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time.  We ask for your patience during this time, and to please contact your local FedEx and/or postal service for updates in regards to mailing services.

Same Day shipping as long as the order is in before 1PM PST on weekdays

Few holidays, we do not ship out - please check Fedex delivery days.


Note that FEDEX ground do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.



Order Tracking:

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, we does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account. T


Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of us, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. We strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Please note that FEDEX ground can leave parcels at front of a residental address. We advise you to use your commercial address for shipping .

Unless requested by the customers to insure the package for full price and pay extra for this service, we do not insure the packages.

For lost package claim, Fedex  and USPS will reimburse their standard amount for minimum declaration.  Please contact Fedex or USPS.


Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. We are not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
